Store Director

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Director to join our team and lead our stores to success. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and implementing store strategies to achieve business objectives.

In this role, you will have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team of retail professionals. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising. You will also be expected to provide guidance and support to your team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for retail, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results-driven initiatives. They will also be responsible for managing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, they will also receive private healthcare, 15% staff discount in stores, and discounts across Retail and sales incentives throughout the year.
