Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Oil & Gas Industry

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and support multiple engineering projects in the oil & gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all aspects of the project as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

* Plan and coordinate resources to ensure project deliverables are achieved.

* Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and maximising profitability through effective financial management.

* Oversee contract negotiations, milestone agreements, and project cash flow, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.

* Develop detailed project plans using MS Project and present progress reports to stakeholders.

* Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical and commercial risks to ensure project success.

* Resolve technical issues with clients, engineering teams, and suppliers, ensuring project specifications are met.

* Prepare project documentation and manage vendor evaluations, deliverables, and equipment quality checks.

* Lead inspections and testing to ensure activities comply with project requirements.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in delivering engineering projects as a project manager, particularly within the oil & gas or chemicals/petrochemicals industries.

* Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality.

* Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

* PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, or similar project management qualification.

* Knowledge of welding techniques, structural design, and fabrication.

* Experience with project management software and any exposure to PV Elite, StaadPro, or Caesar.
