Financial Operations Manager

As a Store Manager at Specsavers Falkirk, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring financial and performance goals are met, and developing commercial opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong management experience and a solid understanding of what makes an excellent store successful.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage store operations, including staff management, customer service, and sales performance
Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
3+ years of management experience in a retail or similar environment
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
