The Rosalind Franklin Institute is seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our Correlated Imaging theme, focused on constructing a new ultrafast laser laboratory at the Rutherford Appleton Labs in Harwell.
This exciting opportunity will involve the development and operation of high-flux water window X-ray pulses and the construction of an experimental scattering chamber for coherent X-ray imaging. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with a state-of-the-art femtosecond laser source and contribute to the advancement of biological imaging applications.
Salary: £37,500 per annum (depending on skills and experience), or £36,500 per annum for candidates close to completion of their PhD/DPhil qualification.
