About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Team Leader to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Provide advice and information to colleagues and stakeholders, using your excellent communication skills to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, using our electronic filing system to ensure that all client data and information are kept in an orderly and accessible manner.
  • Manage the team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their roles to the best of their ability.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience of leading and developing a team.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in word processing, data entry, and database management.
  • A clear understanding of data protection and confidentiality issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
