Probate Clerk

We are seeking a skilled Probate Clerk to support our Wills and Probate team in Doncaster. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling wills and probate cases, working closely with fee earners to manage and prepare probate applications, wills, powers of attorney, and trusts.
Key Responsibilities:- Aiding all stages of wills and probate transactions
- Working closely with fee earners to manage and prepare probate applications, wills, powers of attorney, and trusts
- Providing excellent client care by keeping clients updated throughout the process and responding to queries
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the database is up to date
- Experience in wills and probate is preferred
- Ability to work hard and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn from senior staff and take on new challenges
- Confident communication skills to engage with stakeholders
