Compensation Package

The salary for this position is approximately £75,000 per annum, reflecting the high cost of living in Edinburgh and the need for a competitive compensation package.

In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 6 weeks of holiday per year, CPD allowance of £1750 per annum, Health Shield, VDS cover, and enhanced paternity, maternity, adoption, shared parental leave, and surrogacy pay.
