Finance Manager - Part-Time Role

VisionFR Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce monthly management reports and present to the Board
  • Maintain FAR, prepayment and accruals on a monthly basis
  • Monitor bank transactions and compile a weekly cash flow forecast
  • Prepare weekly payment runs
  • Raise PO's and post supplier invoices on our project management system
  • Work with the Client Management team to ensure billing schedules are delivered on time
Key Attributes:
  • 3-4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative agency
  • AAT qualified or similar level of experience
  • Proficient in bookkeeping and credit control
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of Xero and Synergist would be ideal
  • Good communication skills
  • A team player with a personable approach and ability to build strong relationships
  • Super organized and passionate about ensuring that work is completed on time and to a high standard
