Primary Teacher Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students, inspiring a love for learning and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to primary school pupils.
  • Plan and prepare lesson materials in accordance with the curriculum, ensuring a comprehensive and well-structured learning experience.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement and support student development.
  • Cultivate a supportive and collaborative classroom environment, promoting social and emotional growth among students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience.
Required Qualifications:
  • PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is essential for this role.

Experience:

Prior experience teaching primary school students is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • A passion for working with children and a commitment to providing a high-quality education that inspires a love for learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
