Construction Delay Analyst

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Construction Delay Analyst to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. We are working with a leading disputes consultancy to find an ambitious Planner who can provide a range of planning and alternative dispute resolution services to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Administration
- Supporting contractors with NEC contracts
- Ad-hoc support as required by clients
- Control, manage and report contractual obligations from procurement to final account
- Determine schedules, monitor programmes, and understand risks
- Writing reports that can be used in negotiations as well as formal dispute resolution procedures including adjudication, mediation, and litigation
- 2 years + experience as a construction project planner
- Good understanding/experience of building work
- Experience of live project controls work (not necessarily within disputes)
- Some exposure to carrying out delay analysis within your previous roles would be helpful, however full training can be given to develop your skills in this area
- To be able to assist in updating and producing programmes and schedules for live projects
- Must have exceptional writing skills and able to contribute to reports where necessary, including the use of persuasive language
- An ambitious individual looking to buy into the core values of the business and help to drive the business forward
