About the Role

Mewsons is seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Coordinator to join their London-based studio. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of BIM standards and procedures across both studios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Revit project setups using appropriate templates.
  • Lead the implementation of BIM standards and procedures, ensuring seamless integration across both studios.
  • Establish and maintain best practice workflows for various projects, ensuring efficient delivery and quality.
  • Coordinate and maintain project BIM models and associated documents, adhering to project contractual or procedural requirements.
  • Manage BIM deliverables and provide support for project delivery.
  • Develop and implement BIM processes and workflows, ensuring quality and accuracy of BIM models and data.
  • Provide training and support to architectural and interior teams in the use of BIM tools and workflows.
  • Lead BIM Working Group meetings, agendas, and delegation of actions.
  • Create and maintain template files to ensure standards.
  • Create Revit families in response to project needs and set standards for visual appearance of BIM output.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a BIM Coordinator role within an architectural practice.
  • Proficiency in BIM/Revit/Navisworks/Enscape.
  • Strong understanding of the BIM process, including project coordination, BIM documentation, and client requirements.
  • Previous experience implementing Revit Standards.
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Dynamo is advantageous.
