Barrington James is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Non-Clinical Professional to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-clinical drug development and regulatory strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert regulatory advice on non-clinical drug development and global regulatory strategies.
  • Manage regulatory submissions and represent clients in agency interactions.
  • Lead multi-region projects and support business development.
  • Mentor junior staff and ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

  • BSc or higher (PhD preferred) in a biomedical field, with a focus on toxicology.
  • 8-10 years' experience in drug development and regulatory affairs, including with FDA, MHRA, or EMA.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Business acumen
