Prospect Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner/Pharmacist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering expert care to patients with complex conditions or needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patients with long-term and/or complex conditions or needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of patients
  • Communicate effectively at all levels across boundaries
Requirements
  • Registered with a UK professional body, such as the NMC or HCPC
  • Degree-level registration qualification or equivalent post-registration award
  • MSc in Advanced Practice or equivalent qualification, or working towards/willingness to undertake

  • NHS Pension with 20.9% Employer Contribution
  • 25 days/5 weeks/200 hours annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata, if part-time)
  • Extra day of leave per year for work anniversary
