Job Summary

We're seeking a Gallery Support Associate to provide world-class service to guests while taking great care of our equipment and facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Living our vision, values, and beliefs every day
  • Ensuring all client ship-outs are sent within hours of purchase
  • Ticketing all merchandise in preparation to be displayed on the Gallery sales floor
  • Organizing the movement of furniture on the sales floor and in the stockroom
  • Receiving and processing shipments in a timely manner to maximize productivity and minimize costs, managing inventory preparation and execution

Requirements

  • Years of experience in a similar field
  • An enthusiastic team player who is high-energy and results-driven
  • A commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
  • Superior organization and time-management skills
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Physical Requirements

The position entails:

  • The ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to kgs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
  • The ability to maneuver effectively around the Gallery floor, stock room, and office
  • Prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
