Reporting to the Branch & Sales Manager, you will oversee the efficient operation of the Parts Department, encompassing the showroom and goods inward area, staff, and departmental profitability.

This key role requires effective communication between customers and the Parts team, ensuring seamless support to Sales and Service Departments, major accounts, customers, trade partners, and tractor hire fleets.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert knowledge of agricultural and/or horticultural products and parts
  • Leading management or supervisory experience, with excellent communication skills
  • Remaining calm under pressure, being organized, and multitasking efficiently
  • Being proactive and methodical in problem-solving, maintaining confidentiality when necessary
  • Working towards targets and objectives set
  • Able to work independently and on your own initiative, possessing excellent IT skills
  • Having a strong attention to detail

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary, depending on experience, plus a profit-related bonus.

Working hours will be 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with additional hours as required, including Saturdays and peak periods like harvest.
