Job Title: Clinical Assessor

About the Role:
GAIA RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team. As a Clinical Assessor, you will conduct comprehensive assessments for claimants of the Government's disability allowance, providing unbiased and impartial evaluations of their health conditions and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial reviews, paper-based, face-to-face, video or telephone assessments to evaluate how a claimant's health condition or disability affects their day-to-day life
- Create comprehensive reports of the evidence gathered for each claimant, analyzing and interpreting clinical information and supporting evidence
- Work with a hybrid model, based at home and assigned to work from our assessment centre on a rota basis to deliver face-to-face assessments

Requirements:
- One year's post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist or paramedic
- Fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body, without restriction or conditions and with a valid PIN
- Excellent observational and communication skills, giving you the ability to listen, empathise and dig deeper
- Ability to type at a minimum of 30 words per minute
- Demonstrable experience with using IT and Microsoft Office, as well as remotely accessing systems such as MS Teams
