About the role:
In this key leadership position, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing the skills of your team. As a Store Operations Manager, you'll work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage store operations, and contribute to the overall success of Tesco.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about our products, building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth.
- Lead the driving of trade activity, using your expertise and knowledge to maximize profit and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the safety of your colleagues and customers by coaching the team to use security tools effectively.
