Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the payroll department and manage payroll processes
  • Work closely with the HR department to deliver effective payroll services
  • Contribute to the development of services, events, and activities within the organisation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll management
  • CIPP Foundation degree and membership
  • Strong communication and digital competence skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory and organisational policy compliance
