Companion and Care Assistant

As a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and drinks.
- Participating in resident activities and events, promoting social interaction and engagement.
You'll also be expected to work collaboratively with other members of the care team to achieve excellent outcomes for our residents.
