Job Summary:

As a Field Inspector with the Yvonne Lewis Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our repairs service. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct scoping of works and subsequent post-inspections, compiling comprehensive reports for completion. This will involve working across our stock in London, Herts, and Essex, with a split of approximately 50% of your time spent in the office and 50% on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out scoping of works and post-inspections, compiling reports for completion.
  • Work across our stock in London, Herts, and Essex, with a split of approximately 50% of your time spent in the office and 50% on-site.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents in a social housing setting.
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance services.
  • Produce accurate and detailed reports, highlighting any issues or concerns.

Requirements:
  • Experience in repairs and maintenance, preferably in a social housing setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic DBS clearance.
