We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Residential Management Group Limited (RMG), one of the UK's largest Property Management companies.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role, working a minimum of 3 days in our Northwich Office, with the remainder working from home. You will be responsible for supporting various business transformation activities in Property Management Services, providing analysis and recommendations for improvements and large-scale change initiatives.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring stakeholders understand business requirements and act as a contact for evaluating requirements for new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include preparing and moderating discussions between stakeholders, analysing and documenting business and solution requirements, understanding business systems and processes, and planning and executing change management activities.

In addition, you will develop and document business processes, analyse documented processes to identify opportunities for improvement, and evaluate the impact of process improvements against agreed business KPIs.
