A leading Oxfordshire business is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer/ Product Lead to join their team on a permanent, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have strong coding and development skills, as well as experience in account management and task delegation.

The company specializes in IT and app development, offering a wide range of services and products across various channels with a focus on the intelligent transportation sector.

As a key member of the team, the Full Stack Developer/Product Lead will be responsible for designing and developing new web technologies and solutions for clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing new technology solutions
  • Updating and developing existing solutions
  • Liaising with clients and internal personnel
  • Taking part in meetings
  • Working to strict deadlines and KPIs
  • Handling and dealing with a wide range of web and data technologies
  • Demonstrating strong skills in front-end and back-end development
  • Task delegation to internal developer team members

To succeed in this role, the business is looking for candidates with:

  • Extensive experience as a Full Stack Developer/Software Developer/Similar IT position
  • Exposure as a Product Lead or ability to demonstrate a background of account management/working with end users
  • An educational background supporting the role, such as degrees in Computer Science or an IT-related subject
  • Strong experience with NodeJS
  • Database experience in MySQL or other related databases
  • Strong understanding or previous working ability with VueJS, Angular, or React
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs
  • GIT experience
  • Team player
  • Hard worker
  • UK-based and happy committing to a remote-based position

The role is a Monday-to-Friday remote position with hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm, and the business is ideally seeking to pay a salary dependent on experience between £52,500 and £62,000 per annum.
