About Our School Community

We are a proud member of The Leaf Trust, a family comprising 14 schools (12 primary, 1 junior, and 1 infant school), all united in our common goal of creating outstanding learning environments deeply rooted in our local communities.

Our school values of Respect, Empathy, Bravery, and Kindness permeate everything we do. We cater for 210 mainstream pupils and have a Resource Base for up to 14 pupils who have physical/visual needs. These children are fully included in the mainstream classes and are supported by Resource Base staff.

  • A dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and students.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • NVQ3 / L3 qualification or equivalent (desirable)
  • Experience and/or qualifications in working with pupils with Special Needs and be willing to undertake further professional development.

Benefits and Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as excellent pension packages and benefits.
