We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children Residential Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Children Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people in a residential setting.

About the Role:

  • Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people in a residential setting
  • Support children and young people in their daily activities and interests
  • Encourage independence and promote well-being
  • Attend weekend and evening activities to support children and young people
  • Protect children and young people from risks to their health and welfare

What You'll Need:

  • A desire to create positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people
  • Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
  • At least 6 months experience of working with children or within a similar Social Care setting
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
