Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Nicholson's. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and develop a high-performing kitchen team to deliver outstanding food quality and presentation.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menu plans, ensuring consistency and quality across all locations.
- Manage food ordering, preparation, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Team Leader or similar role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
