This is a part-time opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' needs are met with excellence. Your tasks will include picking and dispatching goods, checking quality and packaging, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities
Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal, reporting any discrepancies to your manager. Ensure the quality, shelf life, and packaging of goods are robust and suitable for delivery. Process deliveries efficiently and to target, providing a high standard of customer service. Respond politely to delivery staff and queries, referring complex situations to your manager.
You Will Need
A can-do attitude, comfortable working to meet designated pick rates. A passion for customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile. Be punctual, properly presented, and committed to delivering excellent results.
