Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at Talk Staff Group Limited. As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of conveyancing transactions, providing support to other team members, and ensuring compliance with our firm's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage and deal with a caseload of varied conveyancing files
- Provide support to the wider team, offering supervision and guidance
- Use Case Management Systems and online search tools
- Assist in the development of the business development strategy for the department
- Ensure compliance with the firm's policies and procedures
- Current or recent experience within a Conveyancing role
- Confident with handling your own caseload of conveyancing transactions
- Solid understanding of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Confidence to support other team members
- Excellent IT Skills to use Case Management Systems
- A substantial salary of £30,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
- 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- All levels of experience from NQ to 10Yr+ PQE will be considered
