Full Time Nursery Educator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a nursery based in Wandsworth (SW6).

About the Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of activities that support young children's learning, development, and health. You will create a stimulating learning environment that encourages children to learn and develop through play.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the planning and delivery of activities that promote young children's learning and development.
  2. Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all relevant statutory children's legislation and Ofsted standards.
  3. Have an extensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policy and procedure, reporting any concerns to the Nursery Manager.
  4. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality provision and a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 6 months UK experience in a nursery setting.
  2. NVQ Level 3 in childcare or early years (or equivalent).
  3. Eligible to work in the UK.
  4. Fully enhanced DBS.
  5. Up-to-date CV.
  6. Ability to travel to the nursery location.
  7. Flexibility to work a rota.
