HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in West London and Buckinghamshire. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and coaching to managers and employees, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, and implementing corporate HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR advice and coaching to managers and employees on various HR and business matters.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Implement corporate HR initiatives and balance local practices to ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Lead employee engagement efforts, including team-building events and social initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HRBP and HR Director to support key People & Culture initiatives.
- Influence and Organisational Savvy: Build strong relationships and effectively navigate HR functions to meet corporate goals.
- Drive for Results: A strategic thinker who delivers timely and accurate outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Capable of tackling complex challenges using logical, structured approaches.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire, guide, and support teams to meet their objectives.
- Communication: Skilled in conveying information clearly and effectively to diverse groups.
- Customer Service Oriented: Anticipates business needs and delivers tailored HR solutions.
- Proven experience providing HR advice across the full employee lifecycle.
- CIPD qualification or degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently between West London and Buckinghamshire offices.
- Salary: £37k-£40k (depending on experience)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Pension scheme (depending on age)
