About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Jubilee School, a specialist education provider for pupils with complex needs. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and educational development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in preparing learning materials and delivering classroom activities
  • Support students with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs, promoting their emotional and physical well-being
  • Engage with students in outdoor activities and provide supervision as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized learning plans
Requirements
  • Maths and English GCSEs desirable
  • Previous experience in a school setting, preferably with SEMH needs
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £20,516.18 per annum
  • A 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
  • A permanent, term-time only contract
