This role reports directly to the Group Financial Controller and offers an excellent opportunity for a CIMA/ACCA/ACA part-qualified individual to progress their career within a fast-paced finance team.Key Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, updating records for additions, disposals, and depreciation.
  • Deliver timely accruals and prepayments listings, along with supporting documentation.
  • Manage the intercompany reconciliation process, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), guaranteeing timely completion of tasks.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and provide recommendations for payment.
  • Set up payments on the bank for approval.
  • Assist in preparing short-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Analyse expenses and report as required.
About You

We seek a self-motivated individual studying towards a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification who is eager to play a key role in building a world-class financial function.

The ideal candidate should have experience using an ERP system (ideally NetSuite) or a stand-alone complex financial system with WMS and eCommerce integration.

We look for someone with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, sound judgment, and the ability to make good decisions.

A strong IT and numerical problem-solving background, combined with proficiency in Excel and a keen desire to learn and master new skills, is essential.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
