This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Management Accountant to join the finance team at Howett Thorpe, a reputable manufacturing organisation based in Farnborough. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and producing monthly management accounts, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and working to tight deadlines.

About the Role

As a Management Accountant, you will be reporting into the Financial Controller and will be the main point of contact within Management Accounts. You will be working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as analysing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions.

  • Prepare and produce full monthly management accounts
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including departmental managers and senior management team
  • Analyse and interpret financial data to inform business decisions
  • Assist with year-end procedures and other ad-hoc tasks as required
The Successful Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Management Accountant who has a strong background in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications or equivalent
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • SAP experience would be advantageous

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
