The Isle of Wight Council is seeking individuals to join its casual staff at the Leisure Centres. We are in need of team members to help cover holidays and staff absences. The role requires flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Good communication skills are a must
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team

The ideal candidate holds a qualification in pool lifeguarding from either STA (Swim Teachers Association) or RLSS (Royal Life Saving Society). Experience in a leisure environment is preferred.
