As a Menu Creation Specialist at Warner Hotels, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and help shape menu offerings for multiple brands across our estate. Based at our development hub in the grounds of Heythrop Park Hotel, you will work closely with our talented development team to create new and exciting dishes that will delight our guests and elevate their dining experience.

We are seeking an individual with a history and passion for developing menus and a track record of working in a team that owns the life cycle of projects from beginning to end, including menu creation, developing dishes, full implementation, and training of our kitchen brigades across all 16 hotels.

You must possess excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver projects on time and ensure tight deadlines are met.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative menu options that reflect the essence of our brand. Your exceptional culinary expertise will enable you to craft dishes that are not only delicious but also visually appealing, contributing to an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000, reflecting the importance of your role in shaping the culinary direction of our estate.
