Job Overview

As an experienced tradesperson, you will have the opportunity to join our team as an Aftercare Technician, providing exceptional service to new home owners in Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out maintenance and repairs to new build housing developments.
  • Coordinating with the Customer Service Manager to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Inspecting sites to identify and report defects, recommending corrective actions as needed.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience in construction, housebuilding & trades e.g. Painting, Decorating, Plastering, Carpentry and Joinery.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently.
