Job Description

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanning Professional to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. As a key member of our Financial Planning team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our Advisers and clients, ensuring that they receive first-class advice and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and provide Advisers with technical assessments and reports, ensuring that all work meets high ethical standards and reflects the company values.
  • Prepare and present complex financial plans, including cashflow models, contingency planning, legacy / succession planning, and tax planning, to clients and Advisers.
  • Engage professionally with clients, providing clear and concise explanations of complex financial concepts and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Advisers and clients to identify and implement effective financial strategies, ensuring that all recommendations are tailored to meet the client's individual needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with market changes, compliance, and legislative considerations, ensuring that all work is accurate and compliant.
  • Contribute to the team's work enjoyment, growth, and success, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Level 4 - CII Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients and Advisers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
