Purchasing Administrator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Administrator to join our team at Euro Projects Recruitment Ltd. As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on supplier capabilities to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Expedite purchase orders to meet delivery deadlines
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and delays
  • Review overdue orders and notify stakeholders of significant delays
  • Assist with product replenishment to match inventory levels with customer needs
Requirements:
  • Junior buyer or purchasing assistant experience
  • Good IT skills and ability to handle data
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
