Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Workforce Development Professional to join our team and contribute to our ambitious growth plans. As a key member of our workforce solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering operational workforce support services to a number of NHS and non-NHS clients.
The role involves reporting to the Workforce Solutions Manager and working remotely via MS Teams. You may also be asked to support other workforce activity in relation to HR projects and independent reviews delivered on behalf of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver operational workforce support services to NHS and non-NHS clients
- Support workforce activity in relation to HR projects and independent reviews
- Collaborate with the Workforce Solutions Manager to achieve growth targets
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g. HR, Business Administration)
- Proven experience in workforce development and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including:
