Role Overview: We are seeking a Paediatric Emergency Nurse to join our team in a Clinical Fellow role. This position is ideal for nurses looking to develop their skills and knowledge within a busy and friendly Paediatric Emergency Department.

As a Clinical Fellow, you will work closely with our highly motivated team to provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population. You will be responsible for protecting and supporting the health of individual patients and clients, assessing their care and health education needs, and developing and implementing programmes of care, including discharge planning.

Under supervision, you will gain experience and skills in clinical practice, facilitation, and teaching, as well as management. You will work in accordance with UCLH Nursing and Midwifery Strategy and Core Standards and contribute towards achieving the Trust's objectives.

Main Duties:
• Protect and support the health of individual patients and clients
• Assess care and health education needs
• Develop and implement programmes of care, including discharge planning
• Gain experience and skills in clinical practice, facilitation, and teaching, as well as management
