Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Traffic Control Officer to join our team at Bournemouth Airport. As an Air Traffic Control Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft within our airspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control air traffic to prevent collisions and ensure safe separation of aircraft
  • Communicate with pilots and other air traffic control units to provide clear and concise instructions
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of air traffic movements
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless airport operations

Requirements

  • A current UK CAA Licence with the ADI & APS Ratings
  • A full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work as part of a small team & maintain a flexible attitude in relation to shift hours & operational requirements
  • In line with Government legislation this position, applicants will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Services Check (DBS/Criminal record check). Applicants must be able to provide a 5-year checkable history, to include self-employment or unemployment
