Integrated Maternity Professional

We are recruiting a Band 6 Midwife to provide high-quality, integrated maternity care to women, babies, and their families. The successful candidate will work across both hospital and community settings, rotating through various areas of service as required. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in midwifery care, while being part of a supportive and dynamic team at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent midwifery skills, understanding of resource management, health and safety, clinical risk, and quality issues. You should also be able to work effectively across professional teams and organisational boundaries, problem-solve, and initiate change. In addition, you must be a registered Band 6 Midwife with a relevant degree or studying towards it, possessing a good level of post-registration experience and previous experience of participating in research and audit.
