Enlighten Supply Pool Ltd is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to fill a long-term contract opportunity covering maternity leave. This part-time position (up to 3 days a week) is available immediately and offers a competitive pay rate dependent on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine pupils' speech and language needs. They will identify areas of difficulty and develop individualized therapy plans to address communication challenges. The role involves providing direct therapy services to pupils, both individually and in group settings, and implementing evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of each pupil.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the UK as a Speech and Language Therapist and be HCPC Registered. A strong understanding of special educational needs and a passion for working with children and young people are essential.
