Main Responsibilities

The Development Support Professional will be responsible for creating automated scripts to deprecate manual tasks, managing code repositories and automated systems, forecasting system capacity, and implementing monitoring systems. They will also be responsible for updating stakeholders on issue status and high-priority works, planning operations, and risk management.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and technical operations, with experience in Windows and Linux-based operating systems, and proficiency in Python, SQL, and other programming languages.
