About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at SPAR Longtown. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Operate the till and manage cash handling duties, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company procedures.
- Control and replenish stock levels, maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
- Maintain security within the store, adhering to company procedures and protocols.
