Job Title: Physical Rehabilitation SpecialistSalary:

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Physical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in physical therapy, you will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients with complex mental and physical health needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy programs for patients, using relevant outcome measures and evidence-based practice. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized physical therapy plans
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MSc) in a related field
  • Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
