About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heat Pump Installation Specialist to join our team at Airahome. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing high-quality heat pump systems in domestic settings, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install heat pump systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the most suitable heat pump system for each customer.
  • Work closely with our design team to ensure that all installations meet our high standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the installation process.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest heat pump technologies and best practices.
Requirements
  • NVQ level 2 plumbing (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Experience installing boilers or air source heat pumps.
  • Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
