Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee the implementation and management of our automation projects at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automated intralogistics and conveyor systems.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee site safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and clients.
  • Manage resource allocation and scheduling for on-site teams.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments for new projects.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and maintained properly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or similar experience).
  • 3 years of experience in automation or material handling industries.
  • Strong understanding of intralogistics, conveyor systems, and automated warehouse technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
