At Foot Locker, we're looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable team members to join our sales floor. As an Athletic Product Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert on all things athletic footwear and apparel.

We offer a competitive salary range of £6,017 - £12,920 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to your base salary, you can also expect benefits such as 28 days' holiday per year, plus an extra day off for every five years of service.

Your Role

As an Athletic Product Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high levels of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment. You'll work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain store displays, and stay up-to-date on the latest product trends.

Requirements
  • 0-3 years of retail experience
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
  • Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
