Opportunity Overview
At Copello, we are committed to excellence and are seeking a talented Defence Industry Programme Manager to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with the Business Development and Bids team to plan and execute projects, create detailed project plans, identify and mitigate risks, manage budgets and resources, and report on project progress. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of proposals and bids, creating win themes and case studies, and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing projects from initiation to closure
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of project progress and performance
