Control Systems Engineer

The Lead Drives Control Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing control software and hardware for our range of Electric Drives. This is a technical role that involves working with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers to design, code, and validate control systems for MW-scale power electronic drive systems in Marine, Energy, and Industry applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop control software requirements and specifications.
- Design and implement control systems for Electric Drives.
- Code and validate control algorithms to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineers across disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
- Ensure control systems meet industry standards and regulations.
What You'll Achieve:
As a Lead Drives Control Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing control systems that drive innovation and excellence in our Electric Drives. You will work closely with our team of engineers to design, code, and validate control systems that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
